Apropos to the statement by the so-called C-in-C, ZRF/KNO in connection with the murder of Nengzamuan @Nicholas, ZRF/UPF is constrained to issue this press clarification.
There is no person a name known by PS Hangshing acting as C-in-C under ZRF/KNO. Indeed, PS Hangsing is the C-in-C of ZRF under UPF but not under KNO. Such impersonation is nothing but a malicious attempt to tarnish the image of ZRF/UPF.
It may be put on record that one self-style Songlianlal @Lalpu Hangsing claimed himself to be the C-in-C of ZRF/KNO. ZRF/UPF has no connection whatsoever with ZRF/KNO. It is significant to note ZRF/KNO has merged with ZRF/UPF on December 5, 2012.
It is very unfortunate at the sudden demise of Nicholas.
