We, the undersigned, who take up the work execution of “Augmentation of water supply scheme” at Singngat (SH: Construction of Setting Tank, Service Reservoir, Zonal Reservoir, Compound Fencing, Chowkidar Quarter, Anchor Block and Pipe support and laying and fixing of pipeline) in the name of Shri V. Guite, Spl. Cl. Contractor and Shri CT Mang 1st Cl. Contractor, under Work Order No. EE/CP-PHE/3-18/Vol-3/20/59 and No. EE/CP-PHE/3-18/Vol-3/20/58 dated 11-03-2010, have agreed to surrender/hand-over the work for proper implementation as below:-

Agreed Points:-
1. That, the party who are involving in the work execution agreed upon to surrender/hand-over all indented materials to Mr. Ginsuanhau, Hon'ble MLA, Singngat by the party who involved in the work-execution, for further implementation of the work as per specification.

2. Mr. Ginsuanhau, Hon'ble MLA, agreed for payment of compensation to the expenditure involved upto the extent of rs. 20,00,000.00 to the party who execute the work.

3. Mr. V.Guite and Mr C. T. Mang, concerned Contractors, also agreed to issue a "Power of Attorney" to any person(s) who is/are identified by the concerned MLA, on payment of 1% as bank charge, for executing the work as per specification.

4. All the parties who are involved in this work execution are agreed and ensured the execution of work as per specification.

This agreement is made on the 21st April 2012 at Churachandpur, Manipur.
