Lamka 23rd  May 2017: Around 4pm at YPA Hall, Hiangtam Lamka the compensation and job allotment for the Tribal martyrs and the severely injured in related to the Manipur 3-Bills have been distributed by the District Administration, Churachandpur along with the JAC-AATB team.

The 8 Martyrs were given 5 lakhs each and a government job to the next of kin. Unofficially we were told another 5 lakhs were given to them, which make it total of 10 lakhs each. Out of the 9 martyrs, Khaijamang Touthang have already received similar compensation previously. To the 9 severely injured persons 2 lakhs and a job were given and to other verified 21 injured Rs 50 thousands each were given.

The Manipur Tribal Forum, Mumbai also presented mementos to the martyrs on the occasion.

Besides this, a memorial park will be set up at the burial site at Mata and memorial hall at Singngat.
