District Public Grievances Redressal Cell (DPGRC) constituted in Ccpur.

Lamka 13th September 2017 (Zogam.com): To compile all complaints and grievances of the general public in a time bound manner, the Churachandpur Deputy Commissioner Shyam Lal Poonia today constituted District Public Grievances Redressal Cell (DPGRC).

The cell will function from the office of the Superintendent of Police, Churachandpur and will be responsible for receiving complaints/grievances from the general public in writing or through phone or any modes of communication.

The Cell will also liase between Civil, Police administration and other Government departments for time bound disposal of issues concerning the district.

The Cell Shall be responsible for successful conduct of "Meeyamgi Numit" on 15th day of every month.

The Cell Shall submit a detailed monthly report of all the activities on the 5th of every month to the DC/CCpur.

The control room number of SP office, Churachandpur 03874-233239 shall be used for receiving grievances till a dedicated Helpline number is allotted.
