NOTIFICATION
The 4th September, 2014

As per the MHJU Emergency Executive Committee meeting resolution no. 1 of the 3rd Spetember, 2014 held at Manipur Hill Journalists Union, Liason Office, Imphal. It is hereby notified to all the members of MHJU that:

1. The General Election for the term 2014-2017 which is to be held on 6th Sept., 2014 is postponed and the 30th MHJU Foundation Day Celebration which is to be held from the 7th September, 2014 at Ukhrul Town is cancelled due to unavoidable inconveniences.
2. The Executive Committee is entrusted to conduct the General Election at the earliest possible situation.
3. And, all the media houses & Journalists affiliated to MHJU are hereby informed to observed the MHJU Foundation Day i.e, the 7th September by declaring holiday.
