The Siamsinpawlpi General Headquarters is utterly dismayed to learn that Mr. Rajesh Kumar s/o Rambilas Sah, a native of Bihar state and currently residing at Zenhang Lamka has been selected the state Quota under unreserved category in the recently held All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Test (AIPMT) – 2014. In the light of this unwanted development of forfeiting the scarce state Quota by a non-local candidate, the Siamsinpawlpi would like to draw the attention of all local communities in general with the points cited hereunder:
(1) That, issuance of Residential/Domicile/ Tribe caste or OBC Certificates without meeting the existing local criteria is unethical and a matter of serious concern which can be construed as a blatant disregard of the rights of the state’s Local communities.
(2) That, the concerned persons and competent authority officials of Village Authorities and Govt. Offices embroiled in this unscrupulous act without ascertaining his identity or consulting the existing Law deserve condemnation. As such, Village Authorities and competent officials shall not issue PERMANENT RESIDENTIAL CERTIFICATE by any means but TEMPORARY RESIDENTIAL CERTIFICATE after thorough/proper verification with valid documents required in this regard.
(3) That, all House owners having non-local traders as tenants/occupants shall verify their bonafide identity etc at the first place. Subsequently, only those non-locals who met the essential criteria shall be allowed to occupy on temporary rental basis.
Lastly, the organisation would like to urge all and sundry to be cautious and vigilant on issues related to identity, culture, right on land and resources etc. So as to safeguard the constitutional rights as enshrined in the constitution of India.
