Phungzathang announces financial assistance for swine flu patients

Manipur health minister Phungzathang Tonsing on Wednesday announced that swine flu patients can avail financial support under Manipur state illness assistance fund upto Rs 1.5 lakhs.

Minister Phungzathang made the announcement after the first swine flu case in Manipur expires despite giving the necessary medication at a private hospital in Imphal.
